Ready to get started in the culinary industry or sharpen your existing culinary skills? Get your foot in the door fast with Emily Griffith Technical College’s, no-cost Culinary Quick Start program. In this fast-track training program you’ll learn knife skills, cooking fundamentals, become ServSafe certified, and more. Be ready to begin a new career in just three weeks through the Culinary Quick Start hiring fair.
Virtual classes are being conducted Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday from 5:30-7:00pm and Thursday from 5:30-8:00pm for 3 weeks. Currently, 2 students will be allowed to attend classes in-person along with a guest chef and other culinary industry representatives. Classes in our Studio Kitchen Colorado will be COVID-19 safety compliant.
You’ll be qualified to be a prep or line cook.
Upon completion of the Culinary Quick Start program, you’ll be qualified to work as a prep or line cook. The program ends with a virtual hiring fair featuring opportunities available with some of the best restaurants and culinary companies in Colorado. The Culinary Quick Start team from Emily Griffith will help you create a great resume and prep you for the hiring fair.
