I’m sure you’ve noticed the egg section in the supermarkets are looking pretty barren these days and if you do get your hands on a carton you better be ready to pay through the nose. Between the Avian Influenza and the new regulations for egg producers the perfect storm has been created causing a shortage in eggs and the skyrocketing cost to buy them.
