Field to Fork began in the winter of 2011 with Scott and Jessica Washkowiak. Scott and Jessica have turned a half acre garden into a over 20 acres of organic farm land in Palisade Colorado growing a wide range of fruits and vegetables. We have paired Jessica and Scott with chef Carrie Baird for our Summer Dinner Series!

The TME Summer Dinner Series starts Tuesday July 3rd with  Carrie Baird, executive chef from Bar Dough. Chef Carrie was on season 15 of Top Chef Colorado on the Bravo network and is one of our local chefs leading the way in our culinary community. This five course dinner will be thoughtfully paired with local Colorado craft beer and include a cocktail hour before dinner with Colorado craft spirits too! This dinner is benefiting the ACF Colorado Chef’s Association apprenticeship program!

This intimate series of dinners will be 8 weeks in a row at BBQ Supply Company and will feature local chefs cooking with local produce and proteins from farms and ranches we visited on our TME Road Trip! The chefs will be cooking right in front of you and there are only 40 tickets available for each dinner and they WILL sell out, so don’t miss the boat on this one of a kind culinary experience connecting YOU to your Colorado food and beverage!
