The Modern Eater broadcasts live every Saturday Night from 6-8pm on Denver’s Talk Station 630 KHOW and streaming live from 6-8pm on The Modern Eater Facebook page!

This show we had a blast with chefs Preston Phillips from Grind Kitchen and Watering Hole and chef Chito Arreola from Las Delicias Uptown! These two young chefs teamed up to put on a culinary display of sushi, grilled grouper, and oysters, all from Seattle Fish Company! They also made Hush Puppies, fried oysters, pumpkin soup and coleslaw! All of the fresh produce was provided by Grower’s Organic! The Colorado craft beer provided by Spice Trade Brewing!

Special guests: Chef JP Krause from the ACF Colorado Chef’s Association, Kyle Moyer from Crafty Fox Tap House and Pizzeria, John Irvin from Gluten Free Things, Robbie Hahn from Boulder Organic Ice Cream, chef Emma Nemechek from Omni Interlocken Resorts.
