This Rooster really knows Ramen!

It’s a Colorado Springs kinda show with guest host Dionne Roberts from Rocky Mountain Food Report!

Dionne took us around to a few of her favorite restaurants in Colorado Springs to eat, drink, and have some fun!

Our first stop was Rooster’s House Of Ramen with our chef and buddy Mark Henry! This chef really knows Ramen, so when in the springs, feed your rooster! Chef Mark also has Happy Belly Tacos-East (East and West), and The Wobbly Olive! Chef Mark invited Jake Weien with 1350 Distilling to whip up a couple of cocktails, they have a great story and delicious spirits too!

Next, we just head down the street to Colorado Craft Tejon Street Social with chef Mario Vasquez! Chef Mario is cooking up salmon, short ribs and a spicy chicken sandwich! Don’t miss bartender Shane whip up some delicious local cocktails with Golden Moon Distillery, Blackhat Distillery, and Boulder Spirits!

If that wasn’t enough, we had some fun in the kitchen with chef Noah Siebenaller at Beasts and Brews! Chef Noah introduced us to a couple awesome local companies in Sawatch Artisan Foods and Microvora. Chef Noah is cooking with products from both of these great food
