American Indian food is totally under rated and Tocabe, An American Indian Eatery proves it! Matt Chandra from Tocabe hosted a great lunch for a meeting the Modern Eater had with John Herbers and Michelle Lapierre from the DTC / Greenwood Village Chamber of Commerce. The Food was so good we had to have Matt from Tocobe come into the iHeart studios to talk about where he sources great indigenous menu items from!
