Nikki Olst is in studio from the Epicurean Group to talk about what it takes to cook for four thousand people every Broncos game day. Also the staff it takes to pull it all off.

Nikki schedule for game day starts at 3am and doesn’t end until after 8pm, find out what she’s doing for seventeen hours. Also, find out how they come up with the menu items to be served.

No Waste Denver is involved with the Epicurean Group at the Broncos stadium collecting the extra food from game days. Nikki tells us how it all works.

This week on “In the Kitchen” we have Kyle Viera from Oceanaire , find out what he’s cooking and how he got started in the business.
