Waters Edge Winery is having their one year anniversary party and owner Jennifer Hulan is on the show to tell us how she got started in the wine business and where they get their grapes to make such awesome wine. You can even try it before you buy it, and Jennifer brings on some of her loyal customers to tell us what they like about the winery.

Julie Pech, the chocolate therapist stops by the party to talk with Jennifer and Greg about her book “Dare to Pair” and what wines go best with different kinds of chocolate. Dr. Schlitching from Declaration brewing weighs in on why he likes wine and chocolate so much. Also find out how Jennifer and Julie got together.

Monica Moore from Rocky Mountain Provisions and Boars Head meats comes on the show to talk about the different kinds of Salami she brings Jennifer so her guests have something to snack on while sipping some delicious wine. The ingredients needed to make wine are pretty simple, however making wine isn’t. Dr. Schlichting is fascinated by wine makers ability to stay consistent while the odds are against them.
