Here we are at Prosper Farms! After a tour of the ranch, it’s time to talk beef chef Jesper and chef Nikki. Prosper farms is raising organic beef, very unique and very regulated.

Campfire cooking can be more delicious than you might think. Find out what two top chefs do with an open flame and an open mind. Shish Kabob grilling at it’s finest, meat with meat only, or can you mix meat and veggies?

Prosper beef short ribs are on the grill, but there are a few different ways to cook them, find out the different ways to cook them on a campfire. Potatoes with bacon and jalapeno are also cooking, find out some different ideas for your campfire spuds!
