The Grind Kitchen and Watering Hole is about to release a new menu with fish on it! Grind is only a few months old, but chef owner Preston Phillips is busy as ever. Ryan Evans from Tender Belly is here too and talking pork of course.

Wrapping up the Eater show with chef Preston at Grind Kitchen and Watering Hole. Preston brought out a huge T-Bone steak from Prosper Farms that can only be described as “wow”.
