The Modern Eater’s Summer Dinner Series week two features chef Keegan Gerhard from Dbar Denver and the Food Network! Chef Keegan, named one of the nation’s top 10 pastry chefs  by both Chocolatier and Pastry Art & Design magazines is pairing up with South River Aquaponics for this one of a kind dinner experience from BBQ Supply Company on July 10th!

South River Aquaponics is an organic sustainable indoor farm and producer of organic fertilizers and an organic cloning gel.  Located in Montrose, Colorado inside a  greenhouse facility utilizing aquaponics as their main food production system.  Aquaponics is a way of combining aquaculture (raising fish in tanks) and hydroponics (growing plants in water) into one symbiotic system.
