The best looking watermelon basket you’ve ever seen! Chef Michael Pizzuto is in studio cutting up watermelon and talking about the ACF Colorado Chef’s Association apprenticeship program. These young chefs in the making are being taught every aspect of the kitchen to prepare them for greatness!
There will be ten ACF chefs collaborating on week four of the Summer Dinner Series on July 24th, and we have two in studio on Saturday! Chef Pierson Shields and chef Matt Rabelhofer from the Hyatt Regency Denver gave us a sneak peak at their menu for the Summer Dinner Series!
You have to have some delicious cocktails and beer with dinner, so Duston Evans from Rocker Spirits, and Chan Christofferson from Chain Reaction Brewing are on the show! These guys will both be at the dinner serving up their craft Colorado libations!
