Check out all this action starting with chef Elan Wenzel from Element Knife Company putting on a fish butchery demonstration with gorgeous Rock fish from Seattle Fish Co., chef Peter Rauen from Whole Fresh Food is making empanadas, chef Sadie Russo from La Patisserie Francaise with brownie bites and Grand Marnier ganache, chef and owner of The Goods Mark Whistler was in studio making delicious braised elk in a lettuce taco shell with a portobello cream sauce, chef Chito Arreola was making rotisserie chicken tacos, and beer from Bruz Beers and spirits from Bear Creek Distillery!
