The Summer Dinner Series is here! Kicking off the first week of 8 dinners is Chef Carrie Baird. The talented chef Carrie is currently the executive chef at Bar Dough in Denver. Chef Baird was launched into culinary fame as a contestant on Top Chef Season 15 which was filmed right here in Colorado.

The Modern Eater Show on iHeart Radio is a proud supporter of Colorado products and the amazing men and women who work in the food and beverage industry in our great state. Partnered with Grower’s Organic and benefiting the ACF, Colorado Chefs Association, The Modern Eater is proud to present to you a series of dinners that cannot be replicated and will prove to be an unmatched dining experience. With the help of many great sponsors who are listed below, The Modern Eater Show just got back from a road trip through the mountains, plains and prairies of Colorado where we sourced the best food and drink Colorado has to offer. Chef Carrie is excited to create a menu from these carefully sourced items and she will prepare you a meal you won’t soon forget!

Here is your experience:

  • A chefs table experience. Watch Chef Carrie Baird cook just a few feet away from your table.
  • Carrie will be paired with Field to Fork Farm in Palisade, Co. and a chef or apprentice from the Colorado Chefs Association for this dinner. The Modern Eater visited Field to Fork during Road Trip 2018! Check out the interview here.
  • A 5 course plated dinner with each course thoughtfully paired with a different delicious Colorado craft beer.
  • A menu created with the finest Colorado sourced ingredients.
  • Cocktail hour before dinner featuring Colorado distilled spirits.
  • Listen to the chef and food and beverage producers speak as you eat the products they’ve provided. Don’t worry about hearing them, we will have everyone mic’ed up and filmed for easy listening and viewing. This will be an amazing opportunity to learn while you eat and drink.
  • Don’t be shy; this intimate dinner will be streamed on the internet so we can make your friends jealous.

As you can see you are in for a very special experience while benefitting a great cause in the ACF, Colorado Chefs Association’s Apprenticeship Program. This kind of dinner would cost you hundreds of dollars at a restaurant and it would not offer the educational and entertainment aspect we have created for you. Only 40 tickets will be sold to each dinner and we have priced each seat at the table for a very reasonable $100.Taxes fees and gratuity are all included (except early bird tickets). One hundred bucks flat! If you love Colorado chefs, products and beverages the way we do you won’t want to miss a single dinner in this series!

Special thanks to our Sponsors for making this dinner series possible.
