We’re live at Tap Fourteen downtown for opening weekend and the weather was scary for bit, but it’s awesome come show time! Ryan Earles, GM of Tap Fourteen sits down with us to talk roof top patio during baseball season and how that’s not a bad thing. Also their seventy beers on tap from all Colorado brewers, and their bring us some bison meat loaf!

Saso Pepper Company and owners Matt Brennon and Brian Hollister are here talking peppers and salsa, and the spice of life! How did they get started? How did they come to supply Tap Fourteen with their product? How can you get a taco bar set up at your place? Tune in and find out!

Scott Bauer owner of Butchers Bistro is here talking Colorado raised meats, butchering in house at his restaurant and the fact that they’re a retail butchers shop too, so if you want great Colorado raised meat but want to cook it yourself, they have you covered.

It’s our “In the Kitchen” segment, and we have Taylor Creedon from the very own Tap Fourteen! He’s taking the Trash Man downstairs and putting him to work in the kitchen. It may surprise you to know that the Trash Man knows his way around a kitchen, or does he?
