Wolffish!? That’s right, Wolffish. Chances are you haven’t eaten this product from Iceland but here is your chance to learn about it. If you love delicious and thick filets that lend to a crab-like flavor then you are going to dig Wolffish.
The past two months The Modern Eater has had the pleasure to film Seattle Fish Company’s, “Fun Fish of the Month” program hosted at Elevation Reps, Chef Playground. April ushered in the appearance of the Wolffish who coincidentally is in prime season this time of year.
