It’s the show you’ve all been waiting for, The Dumpster Dinner and Dumpster Dance! Greg sits down with Arlan Preblud from We Don’t Waste for this awesome event. Chef Jesper and Chef Nikki are on hand, among other great local chefs who are preparing gourmet plates for the guests.

Chef Preston Phillips from Grind Kitchen and Watering Hole takes his turn with Greg, Arlan and the chefs, then it’s Kevin Savoy from Carbon Beverage Cafe and Habit Doughnut Dispensary. They all weigh in on just what the event means to them and why they got involved.

Next up is chef Emma Nemecheck from Sodexo, chef Johnny Depierro from Mijo and Taylor Creedon from Tap Fourteen. So many awesome chefs in one place all collaborating together to provide awesome food for awesome people.
