Chef Mick Rosacci from Tony’s Market is here and he’s grilling up steak and salmon for the Modern Eater cast! This guy is awesome and his family business is incredible. It’s summer time grilling and the question always comes up: Propane or coal? Mick tells you which he prefers and why.
Mick tells us the story of how Tony’s Market got started, very interesting and full of family. He also tells us what he likes to eat when he’s cooking at home, you might be surprised at what he tells us.

Mike the Beef guy from Prosper Farms stopped by and he brought some killer beef to throw on the hot grill!!

We have a special guest in the building tonight! She has some inside knowledge of the beef world and it also happens to be her birthday. Find out why this little lady is so special to all of us here on the show.
