Owner Larry Stone commissioned vegan chef Lauren Ridout to run an amazing pop up for Helen’s House. Lauren company is Slapped. Her specialties are wood fired pizzas and mac and cheese. Lauren started Slapped in her home state of California. Her dedication to a healthy lifestyle has honed her skills as a vegan chef. She puts her heart and soul in every pizza and dish.
