Greg Hollenback and Chef Jesper Jonsson talk to marijuana reform Attorney Brian Vicente about a proposed ballot initiative that would allow Colorado pot smokers to burn one while they are out for a drink or dinner. Listen to Brian Vicente, co-author of Amendment 64, explain how restaurant and bar dope smoking would work.
