To start the show Greg Hollenback and Chef Jesper Jonsson talk about Jesper’s attendance at the Brown Palace Hotel for a gathering of Grand Master Chef’s that was held by the American Culinary Federation.

Larimer County can’t afford to inspect their restaurants properly and Greg and Jesper talk about it.

Greg and Jesper continue to talk about health inspections (or lake thereof) in Colorado restaurants and talk about what the Colorado Restaurant’s Association had to say about the situation.

D-Bo, a great mixologist from Bear Creek Distillery joined the show to talk about a few signature drinks he creates from very simple ingredients. To finish up the show Greg and Jesper talk about food trends and food in the news.
