The Modern Eater Show 09/17/16

Greg Hollenback started the show talking about his dinner at Matsushia in Cherry Creek, delicious and incredible in all aspects of a dining experience. On the show tonight we have Kyle Moyer, owner of the Crafty Fox tap room and pizzeria. This place is amazing, and Kyle is a busy guy. More with Kyle Moyer from the Crafty Fox tap house and pizzeria. He and his wife also own a liquor store, and more. Like I said, this is a busy guy! You might be thinking, I love beer, I love pizza, but I can’t have gluten so I’m out of luck. Wrong! They have both gluten free beer and pizza!

It’s time for oysters and shrimp! What a better person to bring it than Sheila Lucero, executive chef from Jax Fish House. Jax Fish House is the place to be for seafood, and Sheila is the chef to make it happen!

More with Sheila and Jax Fish House. She has the oysters and shrimp ready to eat, and the Trash Man is afraid of oysters, but he’s jumping right in. Also, Sheila is big on charity, tune in to find out who she works with.

He’re we go with the ramp up to the Great American Beer Festival, and who better than Colin Ford and Prost Brewing! They have five beers in the running this year at the GABF, find out what they are and Colin’s involvement at the event!

Joining the show is Preston Hartman from Good River Beer co. who actually are brewing their beer from inside Prost Brewing! They donate money to the conversation of Colorado rivers, tune in to find out how much and why.
