We’re connecting you to your food! The Modern Eater crew is setting out on a road trip for a full week starting June 2nd! We’ll be traveling Colorado and visiting farmers, ranchers, breweries, distilleries and everybody in between to show you who is growing the food on your dinner plate every night!

If you have Celiac disease or know someone who does, then don’t miss this segment! We talked with John Irvin from Gluten Free Things and Kevin Ellis the founder of Me & Gfree. Kevin has Celiac disease and started Me & Gfree to help people dealing with celiac disease and gluten sensitivity to lead a healthier and happier life.

Bull and Bush Brewery is an iconic destination brew pub in Denver since 1971! A family business dedicated to doing things the right way, not the easy way, co-owner Erik Peterson came in studio and rolled out the red carpet for The Modern Eater Show! We were talking everything Bull and Bush and enjoying slow roasted prime rib, mashed potatoes with green chili; all while sipping on their Gold medal winner from the World Beer Cup 2018, Big Ben Brown Ale!

Aurora Colorado is home to some awesome award winning breweries, and on Saturday night we were treated to the delicious “Peace Keeper” Porter from Launch Pad Brewery owner David Levesque! Launch Pad Brewery is a little over three years old and doesn’t show any signs of slowing down. David tells us he’s more than doubling the size of the brewery as we speak!
